How Do Online Sessions Work?

Online sessions are different – obviously as there is no physical touch.

They aren’t better or worse than an in-person session – just different.  The energies that come up for clearing may be different, or they may come up to be cleared in a different way.

There are advantages – clients are able to connect from the comfort of their own space. And distance doesn’t matter.

I will, with your permission, muscle test on your behalf.  I get the same insights as I would with you here.  I can guide you to carry out the energetic corrections on your own body.

We wrap the session up with checking the changes you are aware of and what maintaince you require.

What to expect during your session

We wil connect via Zoom or Skype.

 After we’ve talked and gone through your health questionnaire we’ll be able to pin point what you want to get out of the session.

 During the session, I will muscle test for you across my charts and tools.  I will talk you through what comes up and we will gain awarenesses that will help you clear the energies as required.

 After the session you may feel relaxed and calmer. Many of my clients say they feel lighter, clearer and a bit sleepy. Sometimes you may feel immediate effects, however it can also take a few days for a session to settle.

How many Sessions will I need?

As everyone comes with different problems and needs, it’s hard to say how many kinesiology sessions you may need. After your first balancing session we’ll talk about what further sessions may help.

If you’ve been having problems over a long time, then it may take between three and five sessions every two or three weeks to get on top of the problem.

Monthly kinesiology balancing sessions are a great way to keep on top of any underlying stresses and muscle pains that occur. Helping you to maintain your peace and ability to enjoy every day.
