Light bladder leakage

You know – you cough, or sneeze and oops ….. I’ll be back in a minute.

Did you know that in NZ 1 in 4 woman experience this situation.  For some it is way worse, for some it is just the inconvenience of having to get up to pee during the night.

1 in 4

Look around you – how many women do you know?  Then wonder about which 1 in 4 it is.  Because this is largely an unreported condition – two thirds of women don’t seek treatment – we’ve come to expect it – and don’t often even share with our girlfriends.

It happens to me – when I’ve been sick and had a persistent cough – that’s when it gets me.  Having been pregnant – babies using my pelvic floor as a trampoline and my bladder as a punching bag has taken its toll.  My innards aren’t what they used to be.   I get it.  And when it happens, it is a reminder to have a kinesiology balance and get my pelvic floor the support it requires.

So how does kinesiology work with a “Wee Leak”?
We use muscle work to make sure all the muscles are switched on and doing their job, and we tap into the whispers of your body to unlock the emotions and patterns that have held this in place.

It’s important to know the treatments are totally non-physically invasive.   You don’t even need to get your kit off!!

Success rates indicate that symptoms are reduced by half after the first session, and “almost gone” to totally cleared after 2-3 sessions.
